On Saturday I went to Portsmouth with a couple folks from the VB Photoclub for a photowalk. What fun! I had my Holga 120N and my EOS 3 35mm cameras in tow. I tried out Fuji Astia 100F slide film in the EOS 3… It is a wonderful film. Slide film rules all others.

I also changed the sidebar to give me more width to be able to place larger images on the posts. I’m seriously thinking of doing away with the site as it is and setting it up as a straight up photoblog, that is what it is turning into anyway.

This is the only photo I took today. It started raining right after taking it :( I shot a lot of film yesterday, but needed some instant gratification so took the digital with me while I was out. This is next to some trailer park on Virginia Beach Blvd near Oceana Blvd.

I scanned this one because I thought it would be great for JPG Mag’s Nighttime theme. I still love how ghostly that roofline looks - I think that this was a 15 second exposure.

It’s nice having more control over the final product. Now I want to see just how big of a print I can make!
