I’ve been wasting away the weekend (much needed rest) and playing Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on the PS2. Got all the way to final boss and ran out of continues (damn!). Anyway, when I was in the water world I remembered an argument I had with a friend as a teenager. He said Sonic was better, I said Mario (I will stand to that, throughout time Mario franchise has had some of the most ground-breaking and fun games). One of his arguments was that Sonic was more realistic because if he is underwater too long he will drown. I don’t know if I made this argument but today I thought this… He’s a freaking hedgehog running around freeing animals from Dr Roboto! At least Mario is human.
