Only a few days left of Tour B!

I’m sitting in a Moxie Java’s in Boise, Idaho thinking of several things. I was going to say a lot but I’ve figured out that 2 is a couple, three-seven is several, and more than that is a lot. So in the last while I’ve probably thought of a lot of things, but only several at a time. Maybe even a couple or even one thing at a time. My pondering the number of things that I’ve thought about actually added one to the number of things I’ve thought about so there was a time or two that it turned a couple to several and several to a lot.

Still with me? I hope so. Since I’ve last written anything on my site I’ve been through Montana and am now in Idaho. I tell you one thing - this part of the country is the most beautiful - I have pictures on my camera but haven’t had as much internet time that I’ve needed to do everything I want, so hopefully I can get some up soon. We’ve done quite a few things in these last two states - Montana found me at a YWAM Base in the northwestern part connecting with and encouraging the people there. The only thing we’ve done here in Idaho so far is help feed some homeless people and spend time with them in a park in Boise. Tomorrow one team will go to Northern Idaho to spend some time helping out a ministry to natives and the other team are hooking up with a Vineyard church here in Boise to help them with some outreach stuff.

Good news - I know what I’m doing on the week off in between tour b and alaska… Chris’ grandparents live in White Rock, BC (100 miles from Seattle, right over the Canadian border). Chris, Ian and I are going to stay there. Now we just have to figure out how we are going to get there and back :). That’s Saturday that we’ll have to get there, so there are a few days left to figure things out. I can really use a week away from the group and without travelling. My head is spinning from being in North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho in the past two weeks. That’s a lot of miles that I’ve been either riding in or driving Derek’s car or the create-a-bus. Please pray that we have a restful time and that we have enough resources to have a decent one too.

Potatos out!
(that reminds me, I need to eat a potato)

You even make the midwest sound fun. After this is all over, you should be a professional blogger.
