Today my parents had a tree removed from the side of their house, to make way for the “mother-in-law half trailer” that will be put in. There actually is a funny story with that. They were looking at adding onto the house (which is a double-wide) and they came upon a place that had ’something that might be what they are looking for.’ Apparently back in ‘95 or so a company was transporting a double-wide during a bad storm and one of the trucks lost their cargo. That’s right, the wind blew the trailer off of the trailer. That’s not the worst of it, the lost cargo went into a creek. So now the people that were selling the trailer had a half trailer that they could not do anything with. It has a full bathroom, two bedrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen (it was the ‘good’ side of the trailer LOL). They had been using it as an office for all these years, in a few weeks this will be the ‘creek wing’ on their house. I can’t wait to see! Anyway, here is a picture of my Mom helping to fix the water line that was broken when they got a tree cleared out. Apparently the tree people were misinformed by someone in our family where the water line was. Funny, too funny.
